Adonis Stevenson moving down to 168?

In this interview posted today DeGale said he was speaking to Haymon and Stevenson might be moving down to 168...

Quite interesting to hear that. I wonder how he would be at the weight, it's not like he's young either so shifting the weight is difficult.

Yikes, I can't imagine him having an easy time with that. He's not exactly carrying a lot of bloat and, as you said, he's no spring chicken. I wonder what prompted this but I doubt it happens.

I watched him training, he seems a dedicated guy. He may or may not be afraid of Ward, Kovalev, etc, but he takes boxing seriously as business.

Surprised to hear that, I thought Degale moving up would be more likely as he looked gaunt in his recent fights at 168.

Stevenson is a big LHW now, that would be a ****** decision.

Adonis is a strong athletic and powerful light heavyweight and he seems very comfortable at that weight. When Chad Dawson went down in weight he was weak, gaunt and drained and ineffective. It doesn't make sense that Adonis would go that route.
