Very good fighter, one of the best out there today, much smarter than given credit for IN the ring, KOed all the top 10 ranked guys he fought. For these points I give him credit, however saying that he's making concessions to make fights happen is complete utter grade A steaming stinking load of absolute BULL*****. He is also a natural sized Middleweight, he's not a "small" middleweight.

He's not a "warrior" when it comes to challenging himself and making big/dangerous fights happen, he's just like all other fighters out there, they look at risk and reward and make their decisions accordingly. No "warrior" turns down 10 million dollars for a fight against the cash cow of the sport who's moving up to fight him.

He only fought twice this year like Haymon top guys. he gets overpaid for easy fights so fights like GGG/jacobs can't be made because his purse expectations are crazy.

He won his title in the boardroom and not in the ring.

IMO GGG has been great for the sport in a number of ways. For me, he has TREMENDOUS value as a fighter that helps differentiate true fans of the sport from posters who like him solely because he non American and not black or hispanic.
Yuck, gross post but that last paragraph is just disgusting.

yes, those things should make any boxing fan go yuck!

How is it disgusting to say a fighter has been great for the sport in a number of ways?

When saying things like he's overpaid, blocking the Jacobs fight with his crazy demands? None of this happened, ****** fcuk. Then blaming him for multiple champs forfeiting their belts to avoid him. No shame, slimeball

I was asking because I've been reading that this is why guys only fight twice in a year. Poor wording on my part.

Where did I blame him for champs forfeiting their belt? you made that up. I just said he won a couple belts in a boardroom, not in the ring, which is true.

GGG is an asset to the sport. If the right people just manned up and fought him the sport would be in a much better place too.
