i don't expect fireworks, but Ward is completely owning Kovalev on this one. He'll make him look ugly and K0valev will miss a lot.

Then I'm thinking Ward is not as mobile as Crawford [Barrera laid hands on him] and although Postol-Kovalev footwork is probably similar, Kovalev is a much harder pound for pound puncher. This may not turn out to be fight of the year but it sure is the most anticipated fight of the year.

Props to both fighters. We get this fight at the right time and it probably won't be a huge payday for either guy. Would love to see Kovalev get an exciting kayo to win but I see a fairly calculated and somewhat boring decision going to Ward. He simply knows how to control the fight. I can see him staying close like has with other power punchers to smother any offense and be to fast on the inside with his counters. Probably a few head butts in there as well. Hopefully Kov can keep some distance to land his shots but Ward has the best footwork in the game. He can stay two inches from your nose every step of the way if he so chooses.
