Fury and Wlad just need to leave the sport for good.

So the Fury fight wouldn't have happened anyway if this is legit lol.
Inactivity + old age + injures = trouble... Wlad got injuries from time to time during his reign but at least he was active back then.
It's looking like he will have to cash out vs Joshua and hang em' up.Comment

For some reason and Idk why I believe that this is bull****. But if it's legit then he needs to retire. His body is obviously breaking down. And he didnt look any younger vs Fury.
Body breaking down in the gym and can't operate properly in the ring.Comment

Bull****.
For whatever reason, he didn't fancy the Joshua fight despite it being the biggest earner out there and there was still belts on the line, just not the WBA. He knows he was going to get serious flack for fighting someone like Lucas Browne instead when there was no real excuse to fight him instead of AJ, so he's faked an injury so people will just forget about it.
I like Wlad more than AJ, but to me it seems like he's ducked the fight and faked injury rather than get slated for taking a weaker opponent.Comment

how convenient. how about you stay injured wlad, dont want to see your sorry arse in the ring again. this whole circus act regarding the december fight reminds me how much of a twat you were when you were champComment

Absolutely - The WBA is just an absolutely shambles currently.
They literally have four guys - not including Klitchko - trying to claim a piece of the leather. And it's because they have completely and utterly failed to provide a clear direction and method to finding a champion.
Then again, the WBA is just another spineless jellyfish in the alphabet sea.Comment

Wlads ***d up the hw division for years with his dominance in the ring but it seem he carries a lot of influence behind the scenes.
He held fury to ransom with a rematch clause for a mandatory defence. The fact it was allowed to happen shows that he has some clout with the organisation's. There's no way the promoter and lawyer would have signed off on it if it were avoidable.
He should step back and let the fighters fight then step back into title contention when he's healthy and ready to fight.Comment
