"Fact Five. There was once a world class light heavyweight boxer who took to the practice of never washing or bathing for weeks prior to entering the ring for a bout. These strange tactics were employed so as to prevent his opponent from initiating clinches with him, such was the bad odour!"

I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGH OF WHY BOXERS DONT DO THIS!!!! Seems resonable enough.

And this was a great read. funny stuff in there. thanks a lot edward

its happened in plenty of fights. Not the exact same time though. But i remember seeing a heavyweight fight about 2 months back on friday night fights. This skinny black guy was getting ready to KD this big black guy for the 4th time. They both got hit with good punches and they both flew back onto the canvas.

(this was the fight where the announcers were commenting on how poorly doctors reacted after "big black guy" got knocked out. The big black guy got out of the ring and walked around completely dazed and with no knowledge of where he was. Zero doctors got on him until about 5 mins later. anyone recall this fight?)

i know of the double knockdown one, or at least of a double kd. that was on shobox a few months ago. i forget the fighters' names but it ended in a ko a few seconds later.

                Cornelius Bundrage vs Sechew Powell.

Sechew slipped and knocked down Cornelius at the same time, and KO'd him in the next punch.

LOL yeah I remember that, we walked around the stands for a bit and then somehow made it back to the right and there still was no doctor anywhere. He was so lost...it was sad but still funny.
