                      It should be the norm. Take care of your body and be responsible and train at a high level.

                      What amazes me is how many people destroy their bodies from an early age and never quit - then are a mess/shell of themselves way earlier in life than they need to be. This is still his prime physically. I also expect to be able to compete at a high level and be in excellent shape at his age and well into my 40s. What B-Hop has done isn't freakish, it's how we all could be if we were disciplined.
