I think he allright skill wise etc but I just think he doesnt have that real fighter mentality and thats what hinders him the most.

I agree with that. When I see him I wonder, "Why are you doing this?"
He doesn't seem to have a fighter's instinct or hunger. Doesn't even act like an athlete. But, maybe it's a cultural thing I'm missing.
