Maidana got upside from the ppv and so did Canelo..they got paid very well..the 2 million or what ever is just the guarantee they get the rest from ppv

I'm fairly certain that Alvarez and Maidana both got whatever money that was generated on the Mexico/Latin America/South America TV rights; whether Maidana also got a share on the PPV, I doubt.
