Lol. firstly he's retired and secondly, even now i don't think so. The gulf in class between them was insane and even if Canelo has improved and Floyd got older, it's not enough to close the gap.

That style matchup + the difference in levels is far too much for Canelo to compete.

Floyd didn't even break a sweat.

the point is, what changed..... ?

1) Floyd has been inactive, that may/may not be an issue?
2) Canelo looks better in every fight, but is that enough to close the gap.....?

Can't think a guy that got his boxed off four to five rounds vs khan ever beats a mayweather who already beat him..in a rematch too....Truth be told even while completely undressing held back, he was buzzing the shyt out of canelo, canelo may get dropped in a second fight....

SN: Mayweather should of stayed at 154 after the canelo masterpiece as he was a full fledge jmw I feel he lingered around 147 for manny, he started looking drained, soft in the body, and playing scale games

I remember early in the fight Canelo hit Mayweather flush a couple times and Floyd wasn't even fazed. The fight we want to see is Canelo vs GGG not Canelo vs 40yo retired Mayweather.

To be fair, Canelo never hit him flush. The replays show that Floyd rolled those punches, his head was already moving away from the punch, that is not the definition of a flush shot.
