How did K2 force Dec 10 upon Jacobs if he was already going to fight then?

Don't change it now. You're so anxious to prove me wrong you're willing to lie, hoping no one catches your liesDec 10th or 17, he would've been trained and prepared either way.
You still faulted Loeffler for pushing a Dec.10th date.
You gonna try and convince us now he's not flexible on a weeks notice despite him throwing away GGG's third fight this year to try and make the Jacobs fight and accommodate Danny's new training schedule to fight him?Comment

I said the Dec 10th date was all Loeffler. If Jacobs said he has a December date lined up at Barclays & Loeffler said they're fighting Jacobs on Dec 10th at MSG you tell me who pushed that date. And this interview odds before GGG won his fight against Brook. Jacobs is planning ahead just in case Brook would've won. He planned to be back in Dec and hopefully against GGG. He also planned on K2 making him a fair offer but that didn't happen.Comment

K2 could really press the issue and keep the Dec 10 date if they wanted to. WBA rules say the winner of the purse bid must stage the fight between 45 and 90 days from the date of the purse bid. From Oct 22 to Dec 10 is actually 48 days (depending if you count the day of the bid and the day of the fight).
K2 would be within their rights to win the bid and tell Jacobs the fight is Dec 10 take it or leave it. Odds are Jacobs would vacate, but its worth a try to see if maybe he would fight....Last edited by OnePunch; 10-20-2016, 05:59 PM.Comment

And you think they're so inflexible to not accommodate for a week? They threw their 2016 end of the year fight out the window for Jacobs
Jacobs was already preparing for a fight then, his excuse for not enough time is laughable.
K2 forcing Dec 10 on them is laughable as well.
"Oh but Lou had a hold on 2 dates"
A week difference is going to destroy this whole fight 3 months out? Is that what you're saying?
Not anymore, because their opponent needs more time to train even though they were already preparing for a Dec date. So they threw their fight date out the window to give Danny timeComment

We all know Jacobs had no problem fighting in December until it looked like he had no choice but to fight Golovkin. Only then was it a problem.
No one's fooled, just some are playing ignorant to prop up some fantasy of Golovkin not wanting to fight top fighters. Jacobs could come out and say "I tore up five contracts to avoid Golovkin because I'm scared of him" and those posters would blame it on GGG.Comment
