So is Mayweather promotions a real thing?

Like is he getting paid well from it, and is it booming? I ask because I'm randomly on his Instagram, and see that hes signing all these young boxers. How does it work? Doe she have contracts with HBO and Showtime to showcase these fighters, or NBC, what?

Is it kind of like how dr Dre signs all these guys to his label, but then Tommy Mottola (Al Haymon) is his boss, and makes most of the real money, but he still makes money off the artists as well?

How's it work with Mayweather promotions is my question? And is he making good money off that?

So is he basically his own top rank, or its not on that level? Its like if manny started a promo company, but top ranks still his boss?

Or is it where hes completely independent, and if his fighters start becoming superstars and demanding big paychecks, he gets a cut of their money like how Haymon and arum would?

My question is, is he basically top rank and Haymon, but without big name fighters yet? So if his fighters do become Canelo level, then he'll be seen as a top rank and Haymon type entity.

Yea pretty sure completely independent. Like may promo was the lead promotor for May-PAC. With tr being secondary.

Damn, for real? Never knew that. I just shake my head at Manny for having all these leeches that are in cahoots with each other to take the most they can from Manny, instead of an independnet advisor like a Leonard ellorbe that tells him behind closed doors, "man, wtf are you doing? You're taking life threatening punches in the ring, and getting pennis on the dollar compared to that greedy ****, Bob!". Get your ass out of that contract, and get paid for real."

Way to early to say. If it makes it to five years, we can assess then. Golden Boy Promotions didn't look like much when all they were getting were HBO Latino shows called Boxeo de Oro. Building a brand and a business is a long-term goal that requires resources and commitment. Let's see.
