This is why Lennox was a legend, he fought Vitali - who at the time was a young hungry lion like AJ

And at least this fight is for a strap. Browne might not be a world beater but he got Chagaev out of there so he deserves his shot.
he got Chagaev out of there? hahahaha Doping lovers here... Why Browne banned for six months? Why Browne stripped of title?

He is still highly ranked. My point is that it isnt like wlad is to fight the two guys haye recently fought... Brown is not elite but he is decent.

AJ fifht would be amazing, but let see what wlad has left. AJ would get much more credit if he is to beat wlad who beat brown in the good fashion than wlad who is coming form a loss and didnt fight in more than a year + more belts will be on table.

In the scenario AJ beats wlad, then we have the man in HW division. (as long as fury is out).

Lemme throw this out: is there anyone out there that believes Lucas Browne can make a fight out of this, let alone beat Klitschko?

I picked Browne to beat Chagaev earlier this year. Many posters scoffed at such a prediction assuming that Chagaev's skill and experience would give him the definite edge over the tough Aussie. Browne to everyone's surprise showed not only grittiness and a mental toughness but actual boxing ability as he outboxed Chagaev and eventually KO'd him.

But let's be perfectly honest - Klitschko is on a level much higher than Ruslan Chageav even in his old age (he's 40).

I think it's an easy gimme fight for Wlad. I think he uses his superior range, jab and right cross to neutral, break down and stop Browne.

We'll see, but I would be very surprised if Klitschko struggled at all with Browne. Also, I think Wlad will be trying to make a point with this fight and we'll see a rejuvenated and tenacious version of him.

Unless Hearn overpays him for the Dec date, I really don't know which direction they can go in.

Maybe Hearn has no choice but to overpay. Lets wait and see what happens because it has turned into a right mess.
              My guess is David Price.

Of all available opponents he does the most PPVs and probably least likely to upset.

Of course not. But that's also like the very end of stinky spectrum. Absolute jokes of fights. Browne is a good-ish fighter, but lets not forget he was working the doors in Sydney not more than 4 years ago. He clearly is no match at all for Wladimir Klitschko. At all.

Wladimir doesn't have much time left and that's why it's disappointing.

                    Meanwhile in the UK...

It's official: Tyson Fury has completely went off the deep end.

His time might already passed and that's what I would like to know with this fight. If he fights Brown and loses or looks bad we know he is properly done. If he fights AJ and gets KOed I wouldnt know if that's because AJ is something very special or it was shell of Wlad he fough.

Let wlad beat brown in good fashion and let then make AJ-Wlad. Whoever wins that one would have a huge praises and would be THE MAN (regardless what wilder does).
