Terry Norris, was what Amir Khan is today, fast hands, good power & glass jaw. I mentioned before that Mayweather's only flaw is that he lacks power so a fight with Khan would be interesting b/c Khan has reach, speed & power that could give Floyd, well, a run for his Money.

Terry Norris had much sounder fundamentals, hit much harder and was much better defensively.

It's hard to compare fighters from different eras because boxing has changed so much.
Norris had 56 fights in 12 years.
Mayweather had 49 fights in 18 years.
Norris fought Leonard, Mugabi, Jackson, Curry Simon Brown, Meldrick Taylor and other outstanding fighters. Unfortunately for Mayweather there just wasn't that level of talent around for him to fight.
Terry was a great fighter in a great era and he has a point. I don't think FM goes undefeated in that era, but we'll never know.

There was that level of talent around. Floyd just chose to sit around and wait for them all to beat each other before picking them off late in their careers.

Many in history would be 50 50 against floyd at least. We don't know if the people floyd has beat could beat Norris.

We dont know if anyone could beat Floyd on a given night especially at his best weight of 130 where he had power to take you out , the guy has never been beaten as a pro over 20yrs in 4 weight classes , he has beaten the premier fighters of this era and his career has been amazing , when people cant stop talking about a guy you know that guy really made it , look at his dominance in this forum nobody has captured the sport like he has .
