Poor Golovkin. His image was abused by Trump fans and #48 bandwagoners. I'm sure he's a cool kat tbh, it's unfortunate he's been taken advantage of by K2 and Abel. Maybe its the Herman Brothers to blame or they're just cool with it...

Big Bear climate has really withered Golovkin. Dude's aging too fast. Abel doesn't know what the fug he's doing. Why Kova and Barrera jumped ship. I'm sure Golovkin is under some contract he really has no power over. Poor dude, and his fans cheer on his mgmt

It's a dumb question. He's way farther along than any fan could have hoped for a few years back. Boxings biggest star says his one goal is to fight Ggg. But K2 can't force these fearful challengers into the ring at gunpoint

K2 is fine. Only thing I blame Tom for is being too nice. He keeps talking 'we're still negotiating'. I wish he or Golovkin took a hard line and said 'No more waiting. Either fight him or he'll move on, permanently'.

The thing is that for a foreigner from a small nation like Golovkin, it truly doesn't matter who the promoter is. After a certain point, you need a nation behind you to be successful. Promoters are not in the game to build a star. They're there to make money. If the fighter has difficulty become a megastar, the promoters are not going to dump their own money for the sake of building that star - it's a risk that may not reap rewards.

No promoter in the world would treat Golovkin any different. For all the talk about Haymon overpaying his guys (true), it only goes to a certain point. Haymon guys don't make more than ~1-1.5m. Haymon has no experience building stars into that category [minus Floyd, who did his own thing]. Neither does Golden Boy or Top Rank. Look at what Top Rank has done with Lomachenko - he's barely getting a mill, despite being more accomplished than Golovkin on the amateur level.

You need to be the right nationality to be built into a superstar. British, Mexican or American (used to be) are the countries that heavily invest in boxing. Virtually all other guys have a hard time attracting a wide audience.

The only major exception to this is Manny Pacquaio. But Manny is in fact special. Saying that anyone from a small nation can become a superstar because Manny did it in equivalent to saying "If you drop out of college, you'll become Bill Gates".

Make a thread about why GGG should jump ship to PBC lol
It's not K2's fault that Canelo, Eubank jr, Saunders and Jacobs are pu$$ies

Listen, k2 had two potential fights for December ready you go and now all of a sudden they fall through. What happened to the purse bid that they requested to be rushed?. Their hw guy, who's one half of k2 didn't want Joshua over a wba strap that didn't get sanctioned. But he'll take a random hw on the same date. Their mw fighter chose brook at the last second to salvage a September date but they're cool with not salivating this date against a real mw?-

Times like this you gotta ask yourself. "What gives?

No answer on them asking for a rushed purse pid? Nothing about them having a fight in September so that's why they rushed the brook fight? Deflection and spinoff posts won't change that. So, "What gives?"

What rushed purse bid? The Wba ordered it for last week. It's way overdue. You want him to sit out even more cause none of the name guys will fight him?

They requested the purse bid to get the fight made because Jacobs side wouldn't deal.
The fight in September was UK PPV on Sky and an HBO broadcast in the US. That's 2 different networks showing a fight on that Sept date, 1 network had it as a PPV.
Why don't you see the difference here?
