Read the article. He says Wlad will fight Browne instead of Joshua or Parker because it's the easier fight.

Wlad is pathetic if he takes the Browne fight over the Joshua fight. What does he want to do, milk another belt into his 40s? The AJ fight is an amazing fight money and legacy wise. How the hell do you pass that up?

IMO the only 2 reasons Wlad had any longevity... his safety first fighting style, and his size. We see what the limited but solid Fury did. Now, is he afraid of Joshua? Would fight Browne instead? Sounds like echoes of the usual plan from him.

DUCO can't force the IBF Mando fight yet - AJ has until March next year to defend it. They literally have no power whatsoever so force a fight with AJ.

Exactly you have Parker that has gone the IBF route talked about Joshua for a couple of years fought a mandatory to fight the guy been in talks with Hearn. Then this unexpected mess with Tyson happened which has turned the division on its head and allowed for a chance at a belt in December earlier than the anticipated IBF shot at Joshua early next year. Shoe on the other foot would AJ travel to NZ to fight Parker for the IBF or fight at home for the WBO vs Ruiz.. We all know the answer

If Vlad was to take the easiest route then he would be fighter Parker's green azz !! JP hasn't fought anyone even remotely dangerous to this point. Lonergan should let his fighter gain some much needed experience before shooting off at the mouth and writing a check that a young JP's azz can't cash !! Vlad would stop Parker inside the distance.

It's pretty clear that Wlad and Parker and his team want nothing to do with Joshua. As soon as that WBO title was up for grabs against a fat man, they ran to it faster than Ruiz does to a buffet table.
