That would put those 2 up against GGG v Jacobs if the deal gets done.

I will watch both but it sucks if they air both at the same time.
Why would Al Haymon counter-program against himself when, with the bids coming up, DiBella/Haymon can end up with Golovkin-Jacobs headlining a tripleheader in Brooklyn that features Zlaticanin-Garcia and Charlo-Williams, to go with the matinee showing of Joshua-Klitshcko?

The boxing world gets unified behind a single night of fights, on a single channel, and the sporting world gets to see what a big fight weekend looks like (if Golovkin doesn't cross over, Jacobs fights for the full title against the next best WBA contender, and HBO tries to salvage the date by either putting up the money to lockdown Saunders for the date or simply letting Golovkin fight another soft touch, hoping that the HBO spin machine lures eyeballs away).

The bid is going to be interesting

Good call. I wasn't even thinking of this when I typed the post.

I'd greenk you if I could.

Saunders is out hurt from what I read.

Hahahaha I thought showtime was going to make a big offer for Jacobs?!?! They paid for the right fight no doubt. As I said from the start nobody in their right mind is going to pay Jacobs what he is asking for.
