What do you like most about boxing?

I guess I love the brutal knock outs
I love the war and tear ups that we have
I also like the trash talking and drama before fights
I like seeing the progression certain fighters make over the years

My main hate is with how long it takes to get the guys you want to see fighting actually fighting and the mismatches which are purposely made for easy paydays because the top ranked fighters don't want to fight the best who they fear.

I think the problem is, for most of these "top" guys, boxing is an occupation, so their ambitions are purely of the monetary kind.

They don't have the ambition to be the best, only to be the richest.

Unfortunately, that's their prerogative.

I like the skill of these fighters, the years of dedication and commitment it takes to reach that level. I like the bravery and toughness of the fighters, the ring is a lonely place with no help, no weapons..its 1 on 1 man vs man. I also enjoy the respect of the game where 2 fighters can punch *** out of each other..risking their health and life yet can shake hands afterwards & have a drink together or a bond that's hard to find..boxing's a sport where you get found out quickly..It seperates kids games from the men...its an honest sport at its core & is steeped in history
