Unless its already in the contract, Marquez new that his words were empty words. Especially when it was said weeks before a fight. The promoter had already stated all this. It would have taken time to agree and get the testing program set up.

The biggest thing that sticks out to me is Pac's evolution throughout the series. He was downright crude in the first, using two punches to build a whole fight. Like the Ramones, he was surprisingly effective in his simplicity.
In the last, he had a greater arsenal and was leading the fight. But, as is often the tale in boxing, confidence lead to carelessness and the grasshopper landed himself right in the spider's web.
Legendary quadrilogy (?) and one that will be talked about for years to come.

#48 is the worst thing that happened to boxing in the last decade, a fabrication at all costs because Arum lost Floyd he didn't mind and acted ******, along with HBO, allowing roids and Toradol in the BG.
