    Andre Ward vs Isaac Chilemba

This is a battle of styles, Chilemba would probably have the worst style to go against Ward because ward picks his shot and Chilemba bob and weaves like crazy, and for that to land in chilemba you need o have atleast a very good pop on your punches and throw consistently, or else chilmba would get into rhythm.

This isn't who will win, this is a thread on How Andre will perform against Chilemba.

****** thread. What's the point? Kovalev just beat Chilemba and Ward is fighting Kovalev. Why are you talking about hypothetical matchups against Kovalev leftovers when Ward is fighting Kovalev???

I'm not sure Andre could pull out the win against the heavy hitting Chilemba.

I would rather have seen Ward fight Sillah (especially instead of Brand). I think that style would give Ward more trouble. Chilimbe's style works better against Kovalev than it would Ward. Chilemba had too low of volume vs Alvarez, can't see him doing well vs Ward.

Dreadful fight. Chilemba's strength is being awkward and unpredictable but Ward just doesn't play into the opponent's gameplan. He never has. Ward would not chase Chilemba, he'd force him to come forward, which is the worst thing Chilemba can do against Andre as he'd get countered badly. If Chilemba tried to resist this trap, he's get body jabbed and picked at until he finally reached the point that he'd have to press the action (and fall into that trap).
Both guys are capable of being entertaining but this is an ugly, boring fight.

I think Sakio Bika was a tougher fight and would wager Sakio to beat Chilemba.
