    is this style dead in modern boxing?if so why its not used anymore?

      Requires a lot of discipline and energy. A LOT. Many criticize it's effectiveness, but that's debatable. Bigger issue, it's not been handed down so you don't have current generation coaches teaching it. There are many types of physical labor that have become a lost art due to the nuances not being passed down.

        I would say it is effectiv,allways when i think about this style i see Ali makeing immpression of Frazier in some tv show it allways crack me up,Joe was probably mad af,It seems like last notable guy using it was tyson.I guess good Orthodox schooled boxer can have longer carrer

          I think it could still be an effective style.

          But you would need trainers from the Cus D'Amato lineage to pass it on to current fighters and young coaches so that all the details and nuances don't die out.
