The issue is Brand doesn't have any power, and Golovkin would KTFO. It would be like Brook part 2. Probably worse.

Alexander Brand is a super middleweight who didn't look all that terrible at 175lbs, is extremely difficult to hit, throws tons of shots from odd angles, and Golovkin doesn't have fight ending power at 160lbs (let alone talks of what the power is like up a division).

The fact that you think Golovkin stops Brand makes me doubt your boxing knowledge.

Me saying Golovkin wins wasn't enough??? You guys can't keep moving the boundaries of reason and sanity and expect people to just go along with it. Brand just got battered by the guy who might be the best LHW in the world and didn't go out. Saying I'm not sure if Genady ko's him isn't unreasonable.
Let me know when Genady fights a decent opponent, then we'll talk about him KOing LHW's. It's entirely possible but stop acting like it's irrational to think it's anything other than a foregone conclusion.

Adonis Stevenson's punching power is a Desert Eagle; it it lands, it puts you away. Golovkin's power, as observed by how opponents have taken and reacted to his power, is a baseball bat; one shot will do a ton of damage but will rarely finishing anything (while 5-6 shots may just finish everything).

People can ignore it all they want, but when was the last time that Golovkin ended a fight with an opponent not cogent enough to simply walk to their corner and get checked on? Ishida, and then maybe Macklin with that body shot.

For a guy who's supposed to be this wrecking machine, the 12 fights since his first one on HBO average out to 6 rounds per fight (with some of the fighters being quite weak).

You take the type of pop that Golovkin has shown at 160lbs, and then translate that not only up to 168lbs, but against a fighter that's likely boiling down from the mid/low 170s already fighting fit.

Actually any hypothetical scenario of Golovkin fighting north from his comfort zone without even stating the weight of such a bout is ******. If you're a true boxing fan then it's at least an objective are for conversation.
