Lomachenko without a doubt, Walters is a way bigger test for Lomachenko then Vargas would be

vargas is too easy to hit. i think he'd work hard and make an entertaining fight of it, but in the end he's getting busted up and probably stopped. much, much lesser fighters have had a field day landing on vargas.

it would be exciting, however. vargas is not the kind of guy who would give up and coast.
