    WBC welterweight world champion Danny 'Swift' Garcia (32-0, 18 KOs) is not overlooking his upcoming opponent, Colombia's Samuel Vargas (25-2-1, 13 KOs). Vargas is a huge underdog in the fight. The WBC would only allow Garcia to move forward with the fight as long as it was a ten round non-title encounter.
