Like I already said the Illegals had already started working without the ok of the guy in charge.

What you don't understand is the solution to end this. The solution is to deport illegal immigrants and stop illegal immigration. If there are no illegal's to take jobs then the American companies cant fire the American workers for cheaper labor.
