            it skipped slightly after the slow mo...trying to show impact with the right body shot....the rest is real speed...minus the 1.5 second clip. im pretty sure when I do a speed bag clip I will be questioned for sure...I often hear I have the fastest hands on it....but well that's for others to decide....

                    ll even take it a step further and hit sugar Rays home made speed bag next spring...and have the one of his old guys who knew him give his take...I had a vid of him stating I hit it faster but I had a fallen out with the friend who recorded it,so he deleted it last year......
