Vid Description.....Doing Strictly power shots with 16 oz gloves After TWO hours of power punching ..with torn pec and injured shoulder.........A footage at my gym,unfortunatly the best sequence was not in the clip b/c my nephews phone ran out so.........anyway......shoulders are extremely heavy so critics on defense will have to step aside!

arent you the same guy who does hard trolling the training footage I've shared? You have zeeeeero room to be such a critic when its obvious you have no understanding of the basics....seems like someone who used to be into sports but no proper boxing training or experience..thats no insult. training is no joke.

Th only thing i commented on was your speed bag bc you have a BIG mouth and a REAL pugilist would know how to hit a speed bag ,i can post one up if you like ?

im 31 bro...I havent done any real boxing training since i was 22-23.
I got into training and instructing others in august so I decided to start back training as well

im the shorter guy

the guy im sparring is Raekwon Johnson, he won the Georgia golden gloves at 141 pounds this past weekend

I walk around at that weight and will fight a few times at 132 before I focus on coaching

I instruct cardio boxing classes/group boxing sessions at body by design in Columbus

I train at Game Bred Boxing Club in fort Mitchell Alabama.... the guy instructing me is MONEY POWELL IV...he is signed to Ringstar and pro debut 4/9/17

coach Jason jones is grooming me to be a chief second and to work corners when he cant or is busy with Money, in the meantime I love getting in the ring while im still young enough to.
