He's improving in every fight and if he only learns how to throw a quality jab then he would be nearly unstoppable!

Hope he recovers 100% and comes back, he's needed in the division.
His jab is actually one of his strong suits when he commits to throwing it.

It doesn't surprise me that a 28-29 year old, prime Wilder seems like he hits harder and works harder than a 40 year old Wladimir.

That's how it's supposed to be. It's called passing of the torch.

That said, they sparred before and Wilder got the worst of it.

If they fought now I would say that Wilder would most likely KO Wlad, but at his best, Wladimir would have slept Wilder fairly easy.

Good insight from a mutual sparring partner. Deontay looks clumsy sometimes but Gassiev says Deontay's a nuanced fighter.

Umm he was talking about sparring him doofus..

            Both true statements.

He still gets sonned by Fury though.

Wilders power comes from his speed. For a heavyweight he is freakish fast

Wilder is somebody I hate on for his arguably farcical coming up but secretly hope he turns out to be legit. He's got an entertaining style and isnt afraid to bring it. What's not to like. I'd def root for Wilder over AJ if that US vs UK showdown ever happens.

He's talking about his fight game in general. Wilder's the heavyweight Golovkin - fought nobody of real note. Fought his first C level fighter in Stiverne and couldn't stop him. Says it all. Deontay's stilts won't be holding him up when he gets his chin properly tapped.
