Half of the problem is that he fights on BoxNation and is with Warren. The fact is that it's extremely difficult to get a fanbase these days unless you're with Hearn and his Sky hype machine. There's not many fighters with good exposure in the UK that aren't with Hearn. Frampton does because he has the big Northern Ireland following. Fury had good exposure because he's Fury. Apart from that, it's all Hearn fighters.
I think Saunders is a good fighter but can't really be calling the shots financially. He brings nothing to the table except a belt. If he fought GGG in the UK now, it would be a pro Golovkin crowd.Comment

Well that's the thing. He isn't a draw here at all. His fight with Andy Lee only barely half the arena and that was a title fight between two travellers and probably the 2 best British MW's at the time.

That's funny man.. BJS is a good boxer but with a pretty lame promotional company & BoxNation isn't Sky.. I mean Sky hupe the **** out of even a mediocre British title fight.. Hearn definitely has his company in a good name with Sky & they eat everything he sells.. To be fair, Hearn usually stacks up good undercards too something Warren fails to do..Comment

It''s difficult to say. One the one hand he would get so much more exposure like all Eddie''s fighters do because almost everyone watches Sky for their sports news. So you get your name across to the "casuals" easily.
On the other hand, people don't warm to gypsies in general really and Saunders isn't exactly a character that plays the game to be liked.
He would get a hell of a lot more exposure though, no doubt.Comment
