Nobody is mad, but he is crying for a historical problem in these weights, jerk.

And he is not the #1 really, the same HBO that said suddenly"RG is the new #1" when made the contract. Well, the same HBO is selling the fight Kova vs Ward like the winner will be the #1.

There is not argument to say that RG is the #1. 4 division champ? Never made a unification.

    Leo is 3 division champ.

    Broner 4 division champ.

Best rivals? Estrada in 108 pounds in a close fight and Cuadras that misshapen the face of Gonzalez and deserve the win for a lot of people(same Casimero Mayorga and Duran said it).

    Pure marketing for ****** fan-boys.

        For example.

Cuadras, Inoue or Estrada are better boxers than guys like Jacobs or Thurman and their pay days are lows.
        bro, yo se.

but estrada, cuadras and inoue aren't as awesome to watch as choco is, well, estrada is. these small dudes need to be recognized more and no one is going to do it for the exception of themselves.

RG is the face of the lowerweight nobody cares about Estrada,Cuadras,Innoue -- they all got their fame off Choco!

          Sigan chillando culebras!
          You are very idiot.

Roman never was the #1 in 112 pounds, you can't be only for defeat the worst champ of the division like Yaegashi.

Roman is the misshapen face of lowerweights? Hahahaha.

He is a ***** because this is a historical problem in this kind of weight and he is crying like a girl.

He is using this historical problem because he doesn't want to fight again vs Cuadras(he refused yesterday the direct rematch in December) and vs Estrada and vs Inoue.

He is saying This because he knows that the Lyons like Cuadras, Inoue or Estrada can destroy him physically like Cuadras did.

So he needs to guarantee his future.

When Cuadras punished him in the first fight he said in the interview:

"At that moment I was thinking about my kids, my family" hahahahahhaa

These division are dangerous, here guys like Pacquiao were K.O'ed, strong warriors from Asia or Mexico could destroy any fighter, upsets are usuals like legendary hall of fame Humberto Gonzalez vs Pascual.

Man... Inoue is a monster, he is ****ing complete and has a power of another planet for the weight.

Cuadras, Inoue, Estrada and Roman Gonzalez are the same level, different styles but a same quality.

Rivals of Gonzalez historically are ****, best was Estrada but in 108 pounds, drained. And Cuadras in a very close and competitive fight.

The best rivals of Gonzalez are Niida, Yaegashi, and pure class B.

Guys like these are easy work for Estrada, Inoue or Cuadras.

            The difference?

            The only diva is Gonzalez.

Be honest If Chocolatito was Mexican you would call him the GOAT and have him on your avatar like the rest of those Mexicans ; every fighter has to think about his future especially when they are making miserable purses the fact that Gonzalez is negotiating his purse with the network is good for all the fighters in his division this is unprecedented for these weights -- in the future they will thank and give him proper credit for standing up to discrimination he is a pioneer a trial blazer in the sport. Chocolatito is a legend.

You only hope to keep begging for rematches until Gonzalez gets old and someone beats him but nobody can touch him in his prime...46 have tried 46 have failed.

Come on dude they (the networks) can only pay you what you merit. Boxing is a business not a charity. If they stopped showcasing his fights on the same day as Golovkin he would be quickly forgotten and suffer abysmal ratings. IMO he should be happy with what they are currently paying him, because I'm quite sure that it is a great deal more than what the rest of the guys in that weight class are pulling in. If he prices himself out they can easily replace him with another top guy in that division and fans wouldn't be the wiser.

I fully support Gonzalez on this one. He's literally done everything asked of a champion and surpassed the legend of his home country to boot and is open to taking all comers at his new weight. HBO's masterful broadcast of Golovkin/Brook Chocolatito/Curadas card somehow pulled off main eventing both the overhyped, casual fan friendly mismatch and prime timed a great fight by a fearless and legitimate P4P champion in the US instead of hiding him on an undercard. Give Chocolatito the money and get another great fight on this year or early next! There's gotta be some lying around now that Canelo has to learn to jerk his gherkin with his left hand for the next several months.
