Wait a minute, so now that the WBA Super belt and Interim belts are gone, does this means the winner of Browne-Oquendo for the regular belt will be the legit WBA world champion?

How can Fury say he "proudly held the titles..." wasn't he just saying a couple weeks ago that boxing is all messed up, the sanctioning bodies are all corrupt..etc. I cannot recall once where he seemed proud to be a champion all he did was bash his opponents, stiffed press conferences, spewed a lot of garbage on twitter and his Rolling Stone interview. I must have missed the moment where he acted like a so called "proud" champion.

Nope. Fury will be lineal until he fights again and loses or officially retires which could be years from now. This is just one reason why the lineal title is overrated.

Fury is better suited for WWE.

Yes. The division is a mess. Joshua needs to clean it up. Very interesting now minus Wilder

Now that the belts are in the water, the sharks will be circling. That means an increase in good fights in the heavyweight divison!
