He made 1.5M to fight Quillin. In order for him to make 1.5M this time, a bid would have to be 6M. That most likely won't happen.

They have time till 22-Oct (the 10 day extension from 12-Oct) to accept the terms post which it will go to the purse bids.. WBA is pushing the bid & hence the timeline for the fight too..
