      very true.

however, you'll notice he only moves about 1 foot with all that exaggerated movement. it's a whole lotta nothing.

very stiff over-exerting mechanics. it isn't economical energy output. this explains why his low output fights gas him. He's trying too hard to look slick. The style is just all wrong for his body.

          just LOL @ Canelo's defense.

He was literally on the ropes and taking flush bombs from Liam Smith who moves like a 1 eyed(not prime) Margarito on zoloft.

If ya'll knew anything about boxing you would know a great counter puncher does not want to move a lot..they use upperbody movement to avoid punches while still being is distance to counter...so why would he need to move his feet? I thought ya'll loved fighters who fight toe to toe...

I agree. He's been getting better and keeps working on his craft - that's what you want to see in a young fighter. He seems easily coachable and takes things seriously. He should have a very bright career ahead of him.

He's very crafty, good defensively and very durable. If he works on offense a bit more he can be a one of the best.

You have to consider the competition.

                Kirkland...Khan..and Smith..not exactly a murderer's row.

Put his sorry ass in there with J-Rock...Andrade and them Charlos and you'll see how little he has changed.
These guys might be labeled as "haters" because that's what everyone wants to say when they tell the truth about a fighter but they have a point.

What improvements? He was thoroughly getting outboxed by Khan. Where was his improvements there? Before that it was Kirkland and Cotto. Two fighters that could pressure. He's never been weak vs that type of fighter. So where are his improvements really? That little fancy **** he tries to pull by bending at the waist and such isn't fooling anyone.

How in the hell did Khan outbox Nelo? lol

Here's a video to show you swing by swing on how Khan couldn't do anything to Nelo. Just like Lil'G, just selling fantasies of lower weight stars trying.
