Boxing Is Not A Dieing Sport

I hate how people call this sport a dieing sport. Sure its gone down in popularity, but it is in no way a dying sport.

And in like 20 years, the sport MAY become in trouble. But just like the NHL did, they will pick themselves right back up. The good thing about Boxing is that it isnt really part of a league. U fight who u want when u want. There is no playoffs, and there is leader board for the entire sport kinda.

And boxing is WAAAAAY easier to fix then the NHL was. The NHL had to change some valuable rules. they changed the sport from a machanical and tough sport to an all out action sport.

In boxing, all u gotta do is make one champion per weight class. Here is my idea:

-Give boxing a one year rest. Make ****y "big-money" fighters wake up. make them think that there rich days could end like that. They'll start fighting the fights the FANS want them to fight.

-Make one champion per weightclass. After the one year rest, they should take any and all belts away from fighters. Leave them vacant and for everyone to fight for.

-ADVERTISE!!!! Put winners of big fights in newspapers like the new york times and ****. Put enourmous adds in magazines of all sorts. Put a bunch of commercials on every channel. not just one commercial once a month!!!

-The heavyweight title was once considered a birth-right. an american dream. If we want it back there we gotta get more heavy weights!!! IDK how to do this but.... its gotta happen eventually!!

-Make fights longer. The casual fan starves for a KO. CASUAL fans are what make sports popular. By making fights 13 or 15 rounds like they used to be, one of two things tend to happen. The stronger man trys to end the fight early so that he doesnt have to fight the full 15. OR they fight at eachother, wear themselves down rediculous amounts, and by round 14 they are so exhousted there might be a KO or KD.

-AND LASTLY. All we need to make boxing a premier sport again is better Promoters. Back in the WWII era, boxing promoters were plentiful and great. WHY? because boxing was so popular they were almost garunteed the big bucks. If more people get into promoting and ****, then boxing will skyrocked. REMEMBER THIS IN 20 YEARS!!!lol. DON KING is not gonna bring this sport back like he says he's gonna, itll be like the 1 million promoters looking for work!!! AND DLH is an EXCELLENT promoter. more people like him will raise awareness fore the sport.

BUT STOP CALLING BOXING A DYING SPORT!!!!!!
IF BOXING WERE A DYING SPORT, HOW WOULD PEOPLE LIKE MAYWEATHER AND DE LA HOYA MAKE 5 MILLION OR MORE $$$$ PER FIGHT!!!! CMON PEOPLE!!!. BOXING aint dying!! its just in a slump!!
