    Trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. believes Andre Ward would demolish Gennady Golovkin - if the two fighters ever stepped in the ring with each other. Floyd Sr., father and trainer of retired former five division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., is not very impressed with the boxing abilities of Golovkin (36-0, 33KOs), who holds the WBA/WBC/IBO/IBF middleweight titles.

          I can't disagree with Floyd Sr. too much. I think the style is all wrong for GGG.

                  All he does is smother? Nope,he knocks guys out.I don't think Ward demolishes anyone.He couldn't even demolish Paul Smith.Now Groves actually demolished Smith.Ward might win,but it'd be ugly and on points.

                      Was with him until he said Ward isn't more than 160lbs. His predictions are surprisingly accurate at times but is he aware Ward is fighting for the 175lb strap?

                          Incorrect, he smothers at times. Not sure if you know what smothering/pressure fighting means. Doesn't mean that he clinches.

                          Incorrect again, he finished Smith.
                          Also, watch what Dawson did to Hopkins, then what Ward did to Dawson. He not only demolished him but Chad, who was a top guy at the time, was never the same afterward.
                          (and before anyone starts, " but I could make 168. I come into camp at about 178 pounds. I know I look bigger than what everybody thinks, but I could make 168" -Chad Dawson)
