Get a clue if you have to beg, borrow, or steal one.
Who hired the accountant to look back at his taxes? How many business owners spot there own tax issues? Lmao why do you need to be a dimwit? He over paid in a span of only 3 years out of a 15+ year career which is only 20% of his professional career, and 2.5 million is nowhere near 20% of Cotto's worth even back then. So again how does this make him not a good business man. Trolling or hater which one?

2005 - 2008? Can you still make claims going back that far? I know you can only be audited for a certain number of years (7 I believe) but are you allowed to re-file 11 years later?

Suing a city or state gov and winning the case has been seen before, but suing the fed gov and winning, how often has that actually happened? Any one know?

It makes Cotto a smart businessman for hiring such a good accountant !! Gotta have the right team around you.

I hope this doesn't backfire and Cotto ends up taking a knee in court! That'd be quite embarrassing.
                Chollo really wrote that garbage?

I really like Cotto, head on screw when it comes to the business and investment side of things. It is refreshing to see a boxer going after the taxman.

Just love to hear the IRS getting ****ed over - but never happens. Don't know why this wasn't spotted the first time round but if he has overpaid - which I doubt - he should be chasing his first accountant.
