It's an opinion, and everyone is entitled to one. Carl Frampton has done more in the last year than virtually everyone in the last 5. He beat the #2 guy in his division, then moved up and beat the #1 guy in the next division. Both of his opponents were undeafeted and in their prime.

Nobody else on this list can say anything like that.

dawson weight drained and pimp ko'd him in a round. abraham was before then, froch was so long ago i dont really include that. if he beats kovalev, he would sky rocket to p4p top 3 so im not saying it as a hater, just saying i think recent achievements are what matters in p4p rankings
