Wow According to Al Bernstein Andrade will not beat Culcay unless he knocks him out.

It will be in Germany. A bit like fighting Canelo in someplace like El Paso. Good luck, but I would be surprised if Andrade didn't KO Culcay if they ever eventually fight. Culcay was basically handed his fake belt and has never fought anyone with a pulse, so it doesn't say much if this went to a decision. Culcay probably isn't a top 25 jr. middleweight but he obviously has good, deep pocket promoters
