I'm not disappointed that BJS didn't fight Rosado, it would've been a one-sided beatdown. I actually think Akavov is a better fight, at the very least he's not as shop worn as Rosado. The only reason Rosado was even allowed to be on that card was so GB could use Fernando Vargas to help promote the card.

The Rosado argument he makes would be sensible if he didn't fight a guy with 27 losses just 2 fights ago. As far as getting a Canelo contract in writing, yeah good luck with that.

I don't get this coward BJS? By fighting Akavov what guarantees does he get ? His statement reads he didn't fight in Arlington because there was no guarantee to face Canelo afterwards but is he getting the guarantee to fight Canelo now? Just an excuse maker like his smart cousin Batman.

Not really sure how that changes anything, Golden boys offer to fight Rosado wouldnt exactly be for huge money it was the offer of the Canelo fight that made it worth taking but as he says they're word dont mean much after the way they handled the GGG situation. If he feels like they were taking the piss and just using him to bloat the card then hes perfectly within his rights to go down another route.

You ain't doing anything w/your career anyway, the Rosado fight on the undercard better than you fighting Akavov on somebody else's undercard.

Bet you're happy you finally get to fight Akavov after demanding him for the Canelo undercard for so long

Plus it would of been on PPV and in front of 50,000 fans. Kind of ****** IMO turning that down.
