You're right though. GGG might have the upper hand in the positioning/footwork department.
I think so. And I like Canelo. Believe me. He's got lots of skills and talent. At what he does for his style, he is excellent. I just think he falls short against the man who is the best 160 pounder in the world right now. Now, if GGG moved up, I see Canelo beating most other middleweights out there. But come on. He needs to go ahead and move up. Quit stalling at 154 or 155.

      3 main factors
1.How good will Canelo be in countering GGGs jab
2how will Golovkin use his feets
3,Will GGG trade or he will let GGG put combos .
Yes I think 1 and 2 are the main factors. I see it going Golovkin's way, but who can say until they actually fight? I hope it happens.

Yeah I don't like what Canelos been doing lately as far as weights concerned. I don't think anyone is.

Two Floyd threads on the front page and both contradict each other. If he's truly confident in those words then why delay the fight any further? This doesn't have to be a one fight deal where both guys perform below expectations and the fans are left feeling robbed. This is the biggest match-up to make in boxing at the moment, and the only thing better would be a potential rematch and possibly even a rubber match.

Im a Floyd fan and all but how much did he get paid to say this BS? If Canelo and his people were so confident of this, why didn't they make the fight at 160?

If this fight actually gets booked, watch the predictions slide from being 90/10 in favor of Golovkin to being much closer. Once people shake the idea that Canelo is scared and start thinking about the way the fight plays out, the more they will remember how dangerous Canelo is.
I agree, especially with the bolded. I think many posters forgot to take a look how dangerous he is, because of the ducking. I mean I don't believe GGG would be that ****** to stay in pocket with him, again I think he would use his footwork and soundly outbox Canelo before KOing him, but what I want to say is some people are blinded by Canelo's obvious ducking, that they forget to be objective and take a look at all of the things he's good at. I would favor GGG about 65/35, maybe 60/40 but wouldn't leave Canelo without any chance.
