Hell, Ward fans give him tons of credit in advance for winning the fight with Kovalev by a score of 120 to 108.

Something interesting in what Virgil said...
He said, "They'll give Chilemba the credit for so called 'exposing' Kovalev." That they will say team Ward gameplanned off of that fight.
Why would he even predict that unless that's exactly the type of fight they plan to bring to Kovalev?

Why do you sometimes post using perfect English and then sometimes post like this???? It's not funny or cute or amusing to me. I think it's ******, annoying and insulting. I wish you would knock it off. I can't stop you from posting this way and you enjoy doing it. Why you do this is a mystery to me. Nobody but you says dey or bruvvas and mayne. You even have your unique spelling of these made up words. How clever you aren't.

Remember when other arguable # 1 p4p dominated? They'd always tear down the win, make excuses after it happens. A lot of times talking big shiot

Floyd went through that with PAC (shoulder)...Mosley (old)...Diego corrales(weight drained yet won titles years after @ the same weight kmsl)....hatton( he small doe, even though hatton turned pro 10 pounds heavier and won a title @ 147 first, Floyd only had 6-7 fights above 135 @ the time)

Roy Jones.....he don't fight nobody around 1997-2003.......@ one point he had 7-8 wins over the current top contenders,..look it up...literally amazing, i had a ring mag subscription as a kid.....Clinton woods, griffin, tarver, McCallum, Julio Gonzalez , Reggie Johnson , hill, Lou del Valle were guys be beat @ 175 alone who held major titles....not to mention the champs he beat @ other weigthts..who can say that today in one weight class today? I'll wait

Pernell Whitaker.... Chavez was shot doe....yea right.... He boring doe.....he ran...

History often repeats itself I just gave you over 20 years of proof

Well fact remains people talk about weak resumes but Kovalev resume is even weaker than Golovkin's so on that thought you have to take into consideration how highly one has been rated compared to the other

Ward has supposedly fought nothing but elite HOF, ATG SMW's and has been put on a pedestal of having everything to his game which is almost true then you have Kovalev a guy who's best win is a 50yo Hopkin Ward fans don't like to mention that they just like to mention Hopkins but when it comes to Joe Calzaghe they mention how Joe fought the weak version of Bhop and Roy Jones Jr funny that isn't it?

So yeah If these set of fans can't keep to their path why should any of us?
Kovalev isn't as good as Golovkin so If Kovalev does beat him It kind of exposes Ward badly because he is the favourite in this one and he did run away from the potential GGG fight happening and he rejected it in 2013 that's something else Ward fans don't like to know.

i think that if ward beats kovalev he'll regain that spot he lost (due to inactiviy) as one of the best p4p in the world (i still think gonzalez is n° 1) people just put too much attention to what a small group of people say on the internet, ward will get the credit he deserves. i might cheer for the other guy but i'm not ******.

Yea, I'm no Floyd apologist but they claim the guy never beat anyone. Then, they were out of prime. Then, he did it in a boring way. I'm critical of Floyd but FFS, when you put together all those names.... When you look at Floyd's worst competition, they are the same level as GGG's best. The hate is ridiculous.

Now, Froch is garbage opposition? These "fans" are straight liars.

Why the hell do reporters keep interviewing trainers? Only a couple of them make any sense instead of b1tching and whining like Virgil and Abel do.

The far more likely scenario is if kovalev wins he won't get credit for Ward - because Ward was smaller, lost skill due to inactivity, Ward was forced to move up etc.

Small guy always gets credit for "moving up".
