Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't offers made with $'s & not %'s on regular tv deals that aren't on PPV? Wouldn't that mean that K2's offer would be an actual number? Say 2mil? But if Jacobs thinks the purse bid will exceed that even after his % split, then I'd think that would be his teams stance in negotiating.

Guess I'm not understanding what the total "pool" of $'s would be to cut from prior to a purse bid being made.

Was the increase to the purse split denied? "The purse bid split-percentage decision will be announced on Monday. [The split] has not been set yet." - WBA Pres Mendoza

Team Bull**** killed the Canelo fight, NOW they will kill the Jacobs fight.

Way to go Team Bull****..... too much to ask you to negotiate in good faith, huh?

One thing is clear..... after all these years, the guys who actually want to fight, are fighting..... and the guys who don't really want to fight, are still talking about it.
