Is there any middleweight in history who could go toe to toe with GGG and beat him?

AA, Pavlik, JT at middleweight. They could bomb and take punishment.

It's just that GGG's opposition has been so whack you can't measure him too well. That and the fact that a washed up feather puncher in Kassim Ouma stood toe to toe with him landing hundreds of punches for 10 rounds.

Who has GGG gone toe to toe with? Ouma, Monroe Jr, Kell Brook and Wade?

If he was such a beast going toe to toe, he would've went toe to toe with Pepe La Pew.

If he's in with Jackson, McClellan, Hagler, Toney, etc, I'm almost certain he's gonna use his jab and lateral movment

You say that and truly you wish it was true but deep down you know GGG would knock that flat footed plodder out easily it would be ten times easier than his fight with Brook.

Because you're a casual. Hearns would stop the fraud in 4.

Yep,but he said that in Monzons and Haglers time they had waights in in fight days so they couldt bulk up.

Julian Jackson is an Ameribum he has nowhere near the talent that Brook possesses you'd need to be blind to think otherwise.

You bum fans need to realize those past it old foggies would get smashed about easily by Golovkin doesn't matter when he'd do it to them in their best years but Its funny to see you clammoring oooo bbbbbbbut this guy If he came in shape and ummm didn't get caught for 12 rounds lol so pathetic.

                    But

Could that glass jaw hold up?

GGG has a good chin he'd walk straight through Hearns unfazed, it'd be an easy KO win for Golovkin.

His losses were early on and he avenged all of them. He had a history of domestic violence and was convicted of killing his wife and sentenced to 11 years. He died in 1995 at age 52 in a car crash during a weekend furlough. So his athletic prowess and boxing skill was without question. His behavior outside the ring, as it is with many in the sport, was tragic. True champions will be those that can perform and balance both of their worlds inside and outside of the ring.

First to answer the question, yes there are many former middles that could beat Golovkin. Monzon, Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, Mugabi, McClellen, etc.

As for a boxers behavior outside the ring goes. For some reason getting hit in the head makes a man more aggressive, and some more passive. When a guy gets knocked down or knocked out, one of the symptoms of a concussion is irritability and anger. As well as headaches, sensitivity to sunlight, nausea and so on. So anybody around them could get KTFO at any time.

Fighters show up, fight, go home. Then they show up at the gym a day or two later and get paid, then they go on their way.
They get no medical or psychological care - that costs money.
