Dealing with the low kicks would be the problem. A good thai boxer would cripple floyd with 3-4 well placed kicks. I'm not exaggerating either...if you don't know how to block or wear low kicks...they can **** up your ability to put weight on your legs and move after just a few good ones land. They can be landed from a relatively safe distance too and it's hard for a boxer to time movements that he's not used to seeing.

it takes time to learn those things. as great of a fighter floyd is, he will not be able to learn all those things and make it work effectively. you talk with no respect to these mma guys who spent years learning these skills. it aint that easy bro. floyd has zero background in wrestling or judo. you just dont learn these things in a full training camp lol. its gonna take years.

blocking a kick is not easier than blocking a punch. if you dont know how to block a kick correctly, you can get your legs broken. a kick is more powerful than a punch.
