Floyd's skill was on a different level to almost every other fighter in the sport. So stepping up to fight a big strong power puncher, but with a lot less ring IQ, experience and speed makes sense to me.
GGG stepping up to fight Ward is almost the opposite. Ward has every advantage other than power. But yea, id like to see GGG step up when he fights Canelo. A fight that could be quite competitive.

Floyd said GGG would be easy work. It would of been nice for once for Floyd to take on a challenge he wasnt expected to win.
Thats all im saying.
There was no reason why Floyd couldnt fight GGG. He chose not to because of the risk at that stage in his career. I dont blame him, but it would of been a great prospect.

GGG at 34 has not taken one challenge.
