If Cotto is going after a "possibly" vacant WBO title, then it should be against Andrade. But Cotto vs. Bradley could also be for the title, since Bradley is ranked #2 for the WBO at Welterweight. If he moved up one division, the WBO would let him keep his ranking. Both these fights I can support. Having said that, Margarito is ranked 5th, fhuking joke. I say Cotto vs. Bradley at 152 for the WBO vacant title.
