        No, that's why the WBA has been ordering the regular champions to face the 'super' champions in order to remove secondary title holders in all divisions. Less belts is usually a good thing.

          No. GGG is the WBA champion even if they never fight. Jacobs must beat GGG to become the WBA full champion. Jacobs is the regular WBA champ which is like a junior champion. It's a ****** and confusing setup that the WBA has. A unification fight would have to be between world champs of two different organizations. If GGG beats Jacobs it's just a win and he gains no new title.
