Pacquaio is the Lineal welterweight champion right? Him and Bradley were #1 and #2 if I'm not wrong

        Pac retired right?

So lineal is open. I assume Pac coming back slots in back at no.1 and Bradley should rightfully be no.2 but I assume Brook or Thurman gets that position.

Fact is, we all know Pac is the best welter on the planet.

          No.

Floyd was the lineal welterweight champion (though his moves at 147/154 basically left him with the WBC/WBA 147 belts).

With Floyd gone, another lineage needs to be re-established; ie the re-unification of the 147 belts.

Danny Garcia has the WBC, Keith Thurman has the WBA, Kell Brook currently has the IBF, and Jessie Vargas has the twice-vacated WBO belt.

Garcia-Thurman is apparently being lined up for 2017, Kell Brook is set to decide on what he's doing with the IBF belt in the near future (Errol Spence Jr is waiting), and the WBO is what it is.

By the end of 2017, it'd be pretty rational to expect to have seen a new lineage established.
