Ward says that his mental preparation for every fight is pretty much the same for all fights. Considering the results, I think he will be fine in that department. What I'm looking forward to is seeing what strength of Ward's will Kov (try to) eliminate. Ward has seen it all and is extremely versatile. Take one thing away and then he can go to another. I don't think the Krusher mentality will work in this one. Hopefully, Kov's camp has a better idea than I do or it could be a one-sided fight...

How soo??? I didn't see any of his fight where it looked like he didn't deserve the win??? Personally I thought the judges gave Froch more rounds than he deserved.

Also Froch got away with straight ROBBERY against Andre Dirrell. Hitting after bell, rabbit punches, shoving him to the ground headlocks, elbows, hitting on breaks, holding and hitting. And despite all that cheating BS! Guess who was the ONLY one to get a point taken away... Andre Dirrell.

ward had all his fights in his home country and most in his home town. he clearly should have been dq'd against kessler, maybe bika as well. clinching headbutt wonderland. meanwhile froch fought in 4 countries and froch-dirrell proves my point. froch was the home fighter and got the decision, just like he didn't in denmark in a close fight. if ward had gone to other countries he might have lost a decision, been dq'd etc...but he was always a-side in every fight and that worked massively to his advantage. ward himsefl knows this since he refused to join without having every fight in the usa.

Just a reminder: Kovalev is not Froch! I'm a big Froch fan (though he's an arrogant bastard). But Kovalev has more skills and more power. And now we are about to see if he has as much heart as the cobra....
