I think GGG will do what ever he needs to do based on what Jacobs has to offer. He'll gauge Jacob's power. If he respects it, he'll defend. If he doesn't he'll plow right through him.

Well lets see if the fight gets made. The 10-10 deadline is starting to creep up already. I don't think Jacobs would take the low financial split if it goes to purse bid. If the fight gets made I will be pumped but I'm not going to get overly optimistic just yet. If the fight gets made GGG will most certainly fight behind the jab. However, Jacobs hand speed will allow him to get through Golovkin's defense at times. So I fully expect Gennady to beat his chin when he gets hit by combo's to show he can take those punches. He is going to land return fire. I'm not sure Jacobs holds up from that return fire in the early rounds. If he does things could get very interesting late. Especially if he is able to get off on Triple G the way Brook did. If he is able to do that consistently he can break Golovkin down around the 8th or 9th round. However, I predict he will not be able to handle Golovkin's power the way Gennady can handle his. I say Golovkin stops him by the 6th or 7th round with knockdowns in earlier rounds.
