Agreed. He needs to have a mentality that if he gets to a point halfway through the fight where he is clearly outclassing the guy, then he needs to try to finish him off.

Honestly, Ward-Kovalev shouldn't even be on PPV, they're unknown among the casuals and non-sports fans. Now they're putting on the boring, dancing charlatan Rigondeaux on the undercard?! Good luck trying to sell that PPV.

I just don't understand it. Rigo has stared at clearly inferior fighters, even scared-to-death fighters, for rounds at a time. Then he's gone toe-to-toe with dangerous punchers like Donaire. It's inexplicable.

I agree, and hit and not get hit is one thing but last fight he was not hitting and not getting hit. I think he threw like 7 punches one round.

2 of the top p4p guys is worth it. Whether it sells or not, who knows but I think it will. These are the matchups PPV should be for not Crawford-Postol, Canelo-Smith or GGG-Lemieux. I'd rather pay for quality if I have to pay.

I see what you mean but again, this is mostly for the core fans. They maybe the top 2 p4p but it's hard to see this fight as being ppv "worthy" knowing Ward's rep as a spoiler type of boxer and his tendency to stink out the joints.

No one wants to see boring rigo he had his chances on ppv...let him fight on ESPN the ocho and his four Cuban fans can watch him on there.

Man , this is awesome . 2 fighters , rigo and ward who are undefeated , who have won olimpic gold medals , who are among the 10 best pound per pound , in the same card ? Yes .

Skills , defense , timing , power , etc , will be at our sight ... 2 0f the best technical boxers in the game , a beauty.

Rigo will out box this kid and will tko him , for sure . Rigo , the bones breaker , who broke donaires orbital bone , who broke amagasas face , who broke ****ens jaw ... will probably break Flores solar plexes ...
                    ha ha .

Hit and not be hit , swim and not get wet ; can not hit what you don't see .

Rigo needs a opponent who is agressive and goes forward, then he looks great with awesome counter-moves. But against defensive opponents nothing happens because hes a pure counter-boxer.
Flores is mexican so hes propably agressive. That would make for a great fight with Rigo make him miss and pay.
